I really like this article and especially the way you did it (in five words, etc.) even if I don't really agree with your top...

But my top could be (in no particular order neither):
- TAGT, Around the bend
- Saturdays, Up
- LG, Poker Face
- Little Boots, hum is Stuck on Repeat an actual single??
- And I don't know which tracks are singles or not, so :-X

We share many songs – great minds! Although my fave Santogold song is I’m A Lady. I sing it openly.

I ADORE "Cherry Bomb". Certainly should have made the album, 'nuff said.

Thanks for the Kaskade heads-up. Don't know how that one eluded me this year.

Best Singles are hard to truncate from a year of a squillion releses, and I tend to like a lot of 'album' tracks as opposed to chart fodder.

My 5 would include (in no particular order):
1. 'Blind' - H&LA
2. 'Little Bird' - Goldfrapp
3. 'Cherry Bomb' - La Minogue
4. 'Miles Away' - Madonna (a hidden gem from the treacley 'Hard Candy')
5. 'Slave To Love' - Roisin. xo
