M.I.A. has blogged for the first time since popping out the big one on Wednesday. Here is, by far, the sweetest Valentine’s Day treat of the day:

ME AND BABY ARE PUTTING OUR TOUR DATES FOR 2010 TOGETHER
AND MAKING MIX TAPES
AND FIGURING OUT A WAY TO BREAK OUT OF THE HOSPITAL !

Literally, I’m imagining Baby (Oh, I’ll bet you 10 dolla that the baby’s name will, in fact, be Baby) with mini Nike high-tops and a neon green pistol necklace around his neck, sitting at the laptop and banging away on mommy’s beat machine.

M.I.A. then sprints back into the room wearing an eye patch and her hospital gown on backwards, having just spent the past fifteen minutes running down a nurse on duty with an epidural. “BABY! YO–BABY. WHATCHU DOIN’WIT MAH–Hey, dat’s a hot beat. TURN THAT SHIT UP, BABY. Yes. Yes. Mic check one, UH. G’WAN PULL UP THE PEOPLE…THIRD WORLD DEMOCRACY.”

Honestly though…is it even that unlikely? THE WOMAN PERFORMED LIVE ON HER DUE DATE.
