Madonna’s Entire Career Is Apparently Not Iconic, Just Celebration Worthy.

According to the very reliable fan source MadgeTribe, the upcoming double-disc greatest hits package will given the totally lame, totally not Madonna ‘tude-ish title of Celebration. Which, if you do out the math, is approximately 84% less cool than the rumored title, Iconography.
And to keep up with the celebra-suckery, Madge will be dropping her “completely new, kick ass uptempo anthem” called “Celebrate” on July 28. CLEVER! You see what they did there?! IT TIES TOGETHER!
The other new track off the album will indeed be “Revolver.” Added to that, a third track from the Paul Oakenfold sessions called “Broken” will remain unreleased. Or, more likely, will float around for a bit before being leaked by some uber-Madge geek who hacks into the Warner Records database.
But hey, look on the bright side. At least this gives the Kylie v. Madge fans something to whine about. I mean, hello, this is so obvious a rip of Kylie Minogue’s 1992 cover of “Celebration” that peaked at #20 on the UK charts!
This too shall pass…
