gosh, I was loving or liking at least everything from Born This Way until now… this cover is the worst album cover EVER.

i personally like the photo, i think it’s fierce, eye-catching, and purely Gaga. It kind of reminds me of the Bionic album cover, with the fusion between the pop star and the machine…though hopefully unlike Bionic this album will live up to the hype. But I do think it will. I don’t know why a lot of people on this site are acting like it won’t. The incredibly overdramatic and negative reactions to Lady Gaga on this site are too much…when Britney lipsyncs and looks like a hot mess on GMA we’re all “dying” and “hailing Godney” but when Gaga comes out with Judas, a solid, super charged dance track, or this album cover, which is certainly far from awful and in my opinion pretty badass, we’re all DYING, crying and throwing in the towel. i don’t get it. People here are acting like she’s somehow fading, and I’m just bamboozled. Gaga is on the TOP of her game right now…breaking records, touring the world, and now releasing Judas, an absolutely EPIC classic Gaga track, which for me has redeemed all the disappointment over the overly-hyped Born This Way, which in truth wasn’t that bad, either. She’s set to make her directorial debut with Judas any week now, a video which, despite no major details or even promo pics released, is ALREADY igniting controversy and hype. This is Gaga’s moment, this is her year, the beginning of the height of her superstardom. Katy, Rihanna, Beyonce, and even Britney cannot touch her…not at this moment. Britney is still struggling (though sonically she remains an inch ahead) and Katy and Rihanna, despite being around longer and following the pop star formula much more diligently, have officially faded to the background, and Beyonce…well we’ll see what happens with “Girl”, though I’m not really feeling it based on what’s been released so far. And besides, while I think Beyonce’s more talented than all these whores, one can’t deny that Beyonce had her time, and that right now she’s more of a veteran diva doing her thing than a fresh new artist at the height of her creativity. But after all these years (unlike some of her contemporaries) Beyonce has proven that you can truly stick around for over a decade in this business and remain on top and on the ball, still giving it your al. Britney and Christina, take notes, from both Gaga and Beyonce, for they are superior, and they were born this way.

I like Gaga and… think her ideas are very creative but C’mon, this seems the work of an amateur with a lack of knowledge of photoshop … and poor taste! Disappointed! =(

Stop trying to make me think about what all this underlying imagery means. I’m too shallow to care and too lazy to bother figuring it all out. All I want is something classy and beautiful to brighten up my miserable day and make me feel like spending my hard earned $15 on you is worth it… Is that too much to ask?
