Nicole Scherzinger Lands a Billboard Hot 100 Single for the First Time Ever

Nicole Scherzinger, better known as ‘The Susan Lucci of Popular Song,’ has broken the curse at long last: She’s just charted on the Billboard Hot 100 with “Right There”!

After a rousing performance of the song on American Idol on May 19, Scherzy Baby’s lead US single from her forthcoming debut Killer Love (due out in August) has entered last week’s chart at #77 according to a news item from Billboard, making this the first time Scherzinger has ever entered the Billboard Hot 100 since her first attempt at a solo career in 2007.
