Madonna has begun recording her next studio album.

According to a tweet by manager Guy Oseary–which was gleefully retweeted by Kylie Minogue, causing a tidal wave of homosexual freak-out collectively known by scientists as a Gayphoon–Madge has officially stepped into the studio as of Monday, July 4.

As confirmed by Madonnarama (and my own little sources), the first producer on board for Project Madge 2011 is none other than Martin Solveig, the French DJ/producer responsible for such super-smash collaborations as “Hello (feat. Dragonette)” and “Ready 2 Go (feat. Kele).”

On Monday, the producer tweeted: “London – Production session today” on July 4, along with a photo of a mural featuring the words “Hey, Mr. DJ.”

    Also — I’m now going to download his album! I heard his song with Dragonette on the radio for a few seconds, but only Martina (Martin… Martina, I never picked up on that) sang so I was like “OMG what a David Guetta thing to do.” but since Madge has worked with him as well…  Considering I rely on you for 90% of my music suggestions!
