Rihanna Reveals ‘Talk That Talk’ Tracklisting, Performs Jam Session Version of “G4L”

Talk That Talk is but a mere two weeks away (!!!), and the campaign’s charging full steam ahead.

Because she is the fucking coolest, Princess RiRi ri-leased a photo set on Facebook over the weekend called “TTT Final hrs…”, complete with 73 photos of Ri burning the midnight oil between tour stops on the European leg of the LOUD Tour to record her upcoming album, Talk That Talk.

Along with some behind-the-scenes glimpses at her makeshift studio (as well as some bottle poppin’ action to celebrate to mark the end of the recording process), we get a first look at the Bajan Princess serving some serious face as she crosses off the tracks left to record and mix on a giant piece of paper. “DONE BITCHES!!!! #TTT Tracklist (EXCEPT “Answer” and NOT in sequence),” the caption reads on the above photo.

And so, there we have it: The Talk That Talk tracklisting!

But probably the most amazing news of all? The inclusion of “Saxon,” the Chase & Status-produced Rated R-era demo sung by Nicki Minaj that never saw the light of day–until now: “Saxon is the name of the beat itself!!! We had it for yrs, finally wrote sum cray to it, and its entitled RedLipstick #TTT” she told a fan on Twitter.

“Saxon” is a fucking phenomenal guide track (I’ve been utterly obsessed since it leaked!), and it’s always been a fan favorite. I’m thrilled to hear it’s going to be given the full treatment on Talk That Talk! And while I’m sure the lyrics will be entirely different, here’s hoping “Guess who, you bitches? It’s RiRi” somehow makes it onto the final version of “Red Lipstick.” I SHUT IT DOWN ALREADY!

Rihanna also revealed that there would be “one feature” on the album, that “Birthday Cake” is an album interlude (“yassss….its just a fun interlude!!! Way too short tbh! But put it on repeat and get it!!!”) and that “Fool In Love” was “her fav.”

Oh, you wanted MOAH? She’ll give you more: For the latest Talk That Talk video installment, watch as a relaxed Ri kicks back for a jam session with her band at 2 A.M. after a concert in Belgium to perform her almighty Rated R Navy anthem, “G4L.” (!!!)

We’re an army, better yet a Navy, better yet crazy…guns in the air! So incredible.

Talk That Talk will be released on November 21. (iTunes)
