When I saw Mizz Miley Cyrus lookin’ all purdy on the cover of the September issue of Marie Claire this morning, my first instinct–as anyone’s would be–was to stop breathing, throw my scalding hot tea in a lesser’s face and scramble to check out all pretty pictures from the shoot.
