MKS Premieres Behind-The-Scenes Clip Recording “Flatline,” Reaffirms Amazingness of Both MKS and “Flatline”

MKS

There are great songs, and then there’s Mutya Keisha Siobhan‘s “Flatline” — one of the best songs of the year so far.

But watching a pop masterpiece being crafted is truly a rare thing, which is why this new behind-the-scenes clip directly in the studio with the Artists Formerly Known As The Sugababes is such a treat.

Check out the all too brief behind-the-scenes clip below, as Mutya, Keisha and Siobhan goof around, tinker in the studio and lay down their heaven-sent vocals on different bits and pieces of “Flatline.” (That demo!) See how nicely they encourage each other during their individual vocal takes? Amazing. And testing each other’s knowledge of the lyrics outside the studio? Amazing. Also, bringing dudes into the booth to record those chants in the background because the girls didn’t sound manly enough? Amazing.

All amazing, everything.

“Flatline” will be released on September 1. (iTunes)
