While we hungrily await any and all new music from the G4L Navy Commander, Eternally #PhucksFree Diva and Former Queen Of Instagram to save us from an endlessly basic 2014, Robyn “Rihanna” Fenty is da one to give it to us good like that (REFERENCE) in the final throes of summer.
The Barbadian bad gal beauty just revealed her recently teased Mert & Marcus-shot cover story (one of two photo editorials, obviously) for the September issue of W.
And damn: The girl knows how to keep us guessing…and gagging.
The dark high fashion shoot (Eskimo Horror Cover Story, as she called it) sees Rih sitting regally on a throne of sorts and casually socializing with wolves, decked out in tons of furs, massive tribal jewelry (including that septum piercing) and loads of heavy face paint, looking just like a proper boss bitch/Illuminati princess should.
It’s insane how she can go from entirely topless to top-to-bottom covered in fur and paint and still own the look entirely, isn’t it? Queen Rih.
The anticipation for R8? At an all-time high, but at least we’ve got the Monster Tour to feed our addiction for the time being.
