Static Avenger has already amassed success as both a DJ and music producer. He’s releasing a new album, Love Song Surprise, in April. For now, here are two songs that caught my interest for various reasons. One of those being strictly Britney related.

Satellite is a song that I’m quickly starting to love. It’s an ’80′s tinged, thoughtful record full of intergalactic tics and echoey, New Orderish vocals. It’s not just another dance track; the song is meant to be something of a deeper variety.

Then there’s “Sweetest Day,” which was…Britney’s wedding song! I was surprised too. It’s a fairly down-tempo, contemplative track that sounds a bit ominous in retrospect when thinking of Britney’s current state of affairs.

In a show of pure ineptitude, doctors from the UCLA psychiatric ward have decided to release Britney Spears into the wild, despite only four days of hospitalization, claiming that she is no longer in a state of harm to herself or others. The first thing she decided to do? Flock back to the Beverly Hills hotel (her old stomping grounds). While driving, she spoke in her usual manic British accent, flashed her pink underwear, and took pictures of the paparazzi. While inside the building, Adnan Ghalib soon joined her. The two quickly left en route to Britney’s lawyer’s office. Her parents are expected in court tomorrow to strengthen the role of the conservatorship.

If something doesn’t come out of the court case tomorrow, she will undoubtedly lead herself toward self-injury and/or death.

The results are in from today’s hearing. The following has been decided:

·Jamie Spears remains the conservator of Britney’s estate.

·Trope & Trope remain the representative lawyers of Britney.

·Adam Streisand has been found to have no basis for representing Britney because he was hired during her time inside the UCLA Medical Center, and has been thrown out of the case due to the court’s inability to distinguish Britney’s lucidity. Streisand was also told to tell his aunt that she is “like buttah.”

And finally, Sam Lutfi is to have no contact with Britney, electronic or otherwise.

All in a day’s work.

It pains me to update sometimes. I’m getting a bit bored with the current music scene…is there not any new music coming out to maintain my interest? I cannot listen to Kylie’s X album forever, you realize. I just want more (MOAR?). Yes, more.

Anyway, Britney’s in court. Well, her father is, anyway. And the lawyers she employed during her crazy fits over the past year. They’re fighting her dad, and her dad is fighting the legitimacy of the lawyers. I say throw them all out and hire an entirely independent conservator, free of ties with paparazzi organizations or otherwise. A lofty desire, I know. God, her boobs are gigantic in that shot. That’s what you were thinking. I heard you think it.

Her current lawyer, second cousin of Bah-bra Streisand, has released her financial report, which features Britney’s worth as only $40M. Not only that, but she appears to be involved with some financial issues with Jive and the IRS. As a personal aside, I’d like to exclusively reveal that it’s more than possible that her remaining income can be attributed solely to myself.

The Commish has doubts about the other kind of Streisand, claiming that Britney hired him during her less-than-lucid state of mind, making his appearance somewhat unfounded. And the media circus marches on!

In related news, Sam Lutfi continues to be a fame-seeking slice of lard.

Across the board, Britney Spears has finally been dealt a few crucial decisions in her favor. First, her parents going to court to fight to become conservators of Britney’s estate. A conservator holds temporary legal power over a person’s financial and medical affairs. To prove their disinterest with Britney’s finances, they have hired a co-conservator along with Jamie Spears, Andrew Wallet. He will maintain her finances separately, while Jamie will presumably take care of Britney’s medical details. This means that Britney will no longer be able to decide the fate of her medical stay, which is a much needed victory.

Secondly, Sam Lutfi has legally been blocked from contacting Britney. He has been dealt a restraining order for at least 22 days. The judge who set the order in motion has found that Sam was a source of civil harassment. He will no longer be able to see her for at least 22 days, but the order can be set permanently at any time.

Unless her parents are truly scum-sucking leeches, this is an absolutely successful turn of events. This means that Britney will not only gain the help she needs, but she will be flushed of the enablers around her, allowing pure and absolute recovery from her gradual breakdown over the past few years. The process should take some time, but so far the conditions are perfect for a recovery to be made.
