You may not realize it, but you’ve already been listening to Myah Marie.
At least, Britney stans have: She’s the chick singing on “Candy With Strangers,” that supposed Britney demo from 2008. And “Black Widow,” the AMAZING rumored Femme Fatale demo from 2011.
But beyond the demos, Marie is also the actual background vocalist for both “Hold It Against Me” (watch her sing it acapella!) and “Till The World Ends,” Britney’s lead singles from Femme Fatale, as well as throughout 2008′s Circus.
After releasing a smattering of pop singles over the years (including 2009′s feature on Ron Reeser & Dan Saenz‘ trance hit “Everything” and 2010′s glorious dance-pop track “Chemistry”), Marie is now stepping out for her latest solo venture: A feature on the brand new Laze & Royal track, “You & Me.”
Singing that insanely infectious chorus of The Bloodhound Gang‘s “The Bad Touch,” Marie spices up the North Cali hip-hop duo’s latest single, produced by Richard Vission.
Into electroshock therapy? Questionably sexual poses with meat? You’re in luck! Check out the newly released video for the song above.
Much like Ke$ha was to Flo-Rida‘s “Right Round,” so too is Ms. Marie to Laze & Royal’s “You & Me.” Will the feature lead to the same exposure to mainstream listeners? We shall soon find out!

While the name Luciana Caporoso might not immediately strike a chord, chances are you’ve seen the name attached to some of the hottest dance floor scorchers of the past decade.
Luciana is perhaps best known for being the queen of collaboration, responsible for lending her vocal chops and songwriting skills to a slew of the brattiest and bossiest dance anthems of the past few years, including “Yeah Yeah” and “What Planet You On?” with Bodyrox, to “Bigger Than Big” with Super Mai, to her latest club smash along with Static Revenger and Richard Vission, “I Like That.”
A few weeks ago, I got the chance to ask the singer some questions regarding her break into the music industry, her creative work–including visual art and penning tracks for other artists (most recently Kylie Minogue‘s heaven-sent Aphrodite cut, “Cupid Boy”), and her plans to further dominate the dance floor.
As one can probably tell early on into the interview, the sassy spunk that Luciana brings to her music is hardly restricted to the recording studio. She’s a firecracker! Click “Read More…” to see the full interview.
Oh, and just to make this feature even more delicious, I just happened upon this sweet lil’ video shout out above from the singer waiting for me in my inbox. As she would likely declare, it’s utterly fabulous. Thanks for the love, Luciana!

OH HAI THERE.
Have you guys heard of Lady Gaga? No? Me either.
Nonetheless, she’s got a remix compilation coming out tomorrow (August 3) called The Remix.
It was originally released in Japan earlier this year. Then it went the way of Europe. Now, it’s hit stateside.
The Remix is a convenient package in that it happens to feature LITERALLY THE BEST remixes from each one of her singles. This is not an exaggeration.
The Stuart Price mix of “Paparazzi”? Check. The Richard Vission mix of “Just Dance” with that epic breakdown first featured on the NewNowNext Awards from ’08? Yep. The Chew Fu mix of “LoveGame” with Marilyn Manson used for the song’s KILLER breakdown during the Monster Ball Tour? Got it.
MuuMuse is proud to be giving away EIGHT COPIES of Lady Gaga’s new remix compilation, The Remix.
To enter to win a copy, send me an e-mail with subject line “GAGAMIX” telling me YOUR favorite Mademoiselle Gaga mix, or twat me with the following phrase: “Hey @MuuMuse, I want to shake my disco stick to @LadyGaga’s #theremix!”
Winners will be selected and notified on August 9. Good luck!
For all things Gagalicious, check out her official website. Click here to preview and purchase all of her music from iTunes.

A few weeks ago I introduuced the Jessie and the Toy Boys, the sugar-coated side project by Xenomania songwriter, Jessie Malakouti.
Now, I come bearing excluusives!
Click above to hear a full-length stream of Jessie’s newest track, “Key to The City.”
The song, produced by Richard Vission, is an explosive, surging youth anthem a la Kim Wilde‘s “Kids in America,” albeit more grown-up: “We’re smokin’ the chronic, we’re hooked on the phonics / We eat rock ‘n’ roll,” Malakouti merrily chirps during the first verse. Cue the explosion of electric guitars and synth beats immediately thereafter.
Enjoy!
To hear and see more from Jessie, check out her official website, her tweets, her Facebook, and her newly created YouTube channel, which features Malakouti dancing around like a loon upon hearing “Key to the City” being played for the first time on radio.

One of my favorite bangers last year was Bodyrox‘s “What Planet U On?”, featuring the delightfully sassy Luciana.
Well, she’s back again–and this time, she’s even sassier. With “I Like That,” the singer finds herself in between two of my favorite mashers, Richard Vission and Static Revenger. The concept is a complex one: A laundry list of things she likes, including “Gucci Gucci,” “money money,” and eating New York.
Oh, and the video is pure neon Yelle meets Ting Tings goodness.
I like this.
